this is one of those songs that would be combined with a battle song for example..

you leave you house and your having this song played then you stop and you change the song to a war song and you have a battle!!

this seriously sounds like something that you would here on megaman in its credits at least.

if anyone would use this song the best places for it to be would be in these 2 locations (and these are just my opinions)

1. someone died and now your going out for revenge then you killed them and remember all the good times you had with the person that was killed..

2. in the credits... when the ending is that the hero died and the continuation is gonna bring him back to life..

its like a sad song..
